Jada reached out to Bright Hope for a pregnancy test and ultrasound after receiving a positive home pregnancy test. She was undecided about whether she would carry the pregnancy to term.
At her first appointment, she shared that the pregnancy was unexpected and that she felt “very nervous” about everything. But she also expressed gratitude for her experience, saying, “You guys have been so great here, from my initial contact to making an appointment!”
During the ultrasound, Jada was surprised by how active the baby was and began crying with joy. She repeatedly said, “Hi, buddy!” as she watched the baby move and kick on the screen.
At a follow-up ultrasound, Jada was very happy to see the staff again. The father of the baby shared that she had told him she felt welcomed, safe, and “at home” at Bright Hope. Jada continued expressing appreciation, saying, “You guys are the best!” Both were amazed by the ultrasound, and Jada shared that she had scheduled an appointment with an OB-GYN.
