On behalf of the Bright Hope Board of Directors, I’m pleased to share some very good news: Jaime Hill is Bright Hope’s new Chief Executive Officer. She began serving in this role on August 28.
Many of you already know Jaime through her work with Bright Hope’s Community Education program. She first began volunteering with Bright Hope in 2019 and joined our staff a year later as Community Education Director. During her time in that role, she helped lead the tremendous growth of the program — from serving 406 students through 191 presentations in the 2020–21 school year to reaching more than 8,000 students through more than 2,000 presentations last school year, with nearly 50,000 student touchpoints.
Before joining Bright Hope, Jaime served for three years as Program Director for Teen Choices at the Pregnancy Resource Center of Southwest Oklahoma, where she helped expand the program from one county to seven across the region.
But perhaps most importantly, we’ve had the opportunity over the past several years to see Jaime’s heart for Bright Hope firsthand. We’ve seen her dedication to our mission, her commitment to those we serve, and her ability to build strong relationships and lead with both compassion and purpose. We’re excited to see her bring those qualities to her new role as CEO.
Jaime and her husband, Bill, have three sons. Their service as a military family, including numerous deployments and assignments during Bill’s Army career, has given her a deep appreciation for strong families, resilience, and community.
We’re also deeply grateful for Jennifer Davies and the faithful way she led Bright Hope during our season of transition. Jen stepped into the interim CEO role when we needed her, and she guided the organization with wisdom, dedication, and genuine care for our staff, clients, and supporters. Bright Hope is stronger because of the time and energy she poured into her work, and we are incredibly thankful for her.
Please join us in praying for Jen as she begins her next season, and for Jaime as she steps into this new responsibility.
We’re grateful for the many ways you have stood with Bright Hope over the years. As we look ahead, we’re excited to see what God has in store for Bright Hope and for the women, children, and families we have the privilege of serving throughout the Lehigh Valley.
